APC+ (Advanced Process Control)


APC+™ is a groundbreaking pot control system designed for the primary Aluminum industry, addressing key challenges such as energy efficiency, sustainability, and productivity. Multi Point Feed (MPF) Technology


The Multi Point Feed (MPF) Technology improves the Aluminum production by distributing Alumina through multiple feeders, leading to significantly improved metal purity with reduced iron and silicon content. This method not only minimizes the carbon footprint and operational costs but also effectively curtails the frequency and duration of “Anode Effects.“ These effects, often caused by inadequate Alumina feeding, result in the emission of potent greenhouse gases. MPF’s multi-feeder approach ensures a more consistent and efficient Alumina distribution, enhancing both the environmental and operational efficiency of Aluminum smelting.

Ready-made Cathode Assemblies (HPCA)


HPCA, High Performance Cathode Assemblies, is a technology involving ready-made cathodes. HPCA comprises carbon cathode blocks with collector bars, Electrically Compensating Plates (ECPs), Contact Plugs (CP), and Air Cooled Cathode Tabs (ACCT) for uniform current distribution and energy efficiency. Tested for thermal stress resistance, HPCA promises reduced metal velocity, lower cathode erosion, and improved current efficiency. The solution is produced and marketed together with Tokai Cobex, a global leader in Carbon products.
