APC+ integrates high-resolution voltage monitoring directly at the control layer. It dynamically adjusts smelter parameters – feeding strategy, alumina dissolution, and bath chemistry – based on real-time cell behaviour. Decisions happen in milliseconds and are executed continuously, ensuring stable cell operation under changing process conditions.

An electrically compensated cathode system that reduces cathode voltage drop and improves vertical current distribution. Delivered preassembled and ready to install — simplifying relining while improving long-term performance. MPF™ improves alumina dissolution and bath balance by distributing feed at multiple controlled points along the pot.
